Receive Return Instructions
We'll provide you with a return address and may issue a prepaid return label (at our discretion).
Ship the Item Back
Pack the unopened product securely and ship it to the return address we provide. Keep proof of posting.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a full refund within 14 working days. Refund goes to your original payment method.
Return Postage
Standard Returns: You are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will cover return postage and provide a free replacement or full refund.
Refund Processing
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Method: The refund will be credited to your original payment method (the card or bank account you used when paying the courier).
Amount: Full refund of the product price. Return postage costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
